Driving Directions

  •  From Interstate 68E/W, take exit 34 to Route 36N.       
  • Follow 36N approximately 1 mile and (near Walgreens) turn right onto Village Parkway (passing by Sterling Care at Frostburg Village Nursing Home).       
  • Follow Village Parkway to the end by C+S Landscaping and, at the stop sign, make a left onto Hoffman Hollow Road      
  • Drive past the Total Biz warehouse on the left, then make a left onto Laurel Hill Drive, and an immediate right into our parking lot.
